Juanita Broaddrick Says RNC Doesn’t Support Trump After Rumor that McDaniel Isn’t on Board for 2024, ‘Do Not Contribute to Them’

Conservative influencer Juanita Broaddrick encouraged her 450,000 Twitter followers to stop donating to the Republican National Committee over claims that they do not support Trump anymore.

“The RNC does not support President Trump. Do not contribute to them.” This was from a quote tweet to an original tweet that read:

“Sources present tell me that at the RNC Retreat yesterday @GOPChairwoman said Trump is “the past” and “we need to move forward.” This, after she vowed to “stay neutral” in the 2024 race, and the RNC continues to use Trump’s name and likeness to fundraise.”

This call to action by Broaddrick comes following Jenna Ellis, a Newsmax journalist, alleging that Ronna McDaniel, the GOP Chairwoman, has said that Trump is “the past”, telling RNC Retreat attendees that “we need to move forward”. Ironically enough, the RNC still uses Trump’s name and rhetoric to pull in donations and support from Republicans nationwide.

This rumor about McDaniel being anti-Trump was strengthened when she posted a photo of herself at the RNC Retreat event on Twitter yesterday. McDaniel, who is Mitt Romney’s niece, was spotted hanging out with Trump hater Nancy Mace.

When asked by The State newspaper if Mace still believed in Trump following the January 6th protests, she replied, “No, I don’t. I can’t condone the rhetoric from yesterday, where people died and all the violence. These were not protests. This was anarchy.” Mace worked under Trump as a coalitions and field director for his 2016 presidential campaign after she lost her 2014 Senate race to Lindsey Graham. Oddly enough, when Mace decided to run in a special election for a State House seat, she plastered Trump’s face onto her website, using his image to help rally up support. Her campaign website had an image of Trump and Mace together, smiling, with Trump giving a thumbs-up.

Then, in 2020, during Mace’s campaign for a Charleston seat in Congress, she continued to promote how she worked for Trump’s campaign in 2016 and the former president even threw support her way on Twitter four separate times. And now, following January 6th, Mace seems to be completely done with Trump. She seems to have grifted off Trump’s popularity and base just to get herself elected.

Following January 6th, Mace said that Trump’s legacy is dead, saying, “everything (Trump) accomplished during the last four years of his presidency. That legacy has now been wiped out. It is gone, and we have to start over from scratch.” She attacked Trump’s fiery, passionate rhetoric and mean tweets: “We now have lost the Senate. We did that on our own accord. We did it to ourselves, and we reap what we sow. The rhetoric has got to stop.” Mace’s own district, the 1st Congressional District in South Carolina is estimated to have voted more for Trump than Mace by 5 points. Clearly, her own supporters are limited compared to Trump.

By hanging out with anti-Trump “grifters” like Mace, Ronna McDaniel will continue to face relentless attacks from true, Trump-supporting conservatives. We’ve reported on McDaniel’s use of the “Democrat Playbook” by co-opting the Conservative movement in an attempt to gain votes from LGBTQ individuals:

The GOP Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, went to Twitter on Wednesday to proudly boast that the GOP has ‘doubled our LGBTQ support over the last 4 years, and we will continue to grow our big tent by supporting measures that promote fairness and balance protections for LGBTQ Americans and those with deeply held religious beliefs.’

Plenty of social Conservatives viewed this tweet and pro-LGBTQ narrative as harmful to America’s culture and society. One such Conservative attacked McDaniel, saying that the GOP should be seeking to improve the economic wellbeing of people that can actually create families so that, in turn, these Conservative parents can have children that are also pro-Conservative principles.

The GOP seems to be at a crossroads currently. 10 years ago, the GOP was united in its moral principles. The GOP was against the legalization of gay marriage, against transgender and chemical castration, nearly 100% pro-life and anti-contraceptives. The Republican Party has continuously ceded more and more ground to the Left and now “proudly” has practicing homosexuals and crossdressers who support transgenderism as movement leaders.

McDaniel’s leadership of the GOP and push away from Trump has infuriated Trump supporters on Twitter. Trump fans were encouraging each other to stop donating to the RNC until they start supporting Trump.

One user also announced their loyalty to Trump only, calling the RNC chairwoman a backstabber: “So many back stabbers in the RNC and they still want to ride on his back to victory. It’s time for thorough internal cleanup with Trump giving the orders”.

Another Twitter user said that McDaniel showed lack of leadership by doing nothing to fight for election integrity following the 2020 election. This user accused McDaniel of being “silent, ducking and hiding, doing nada for E.I.”.

It seems that McDaniel will continue to use Trump’s face and message to get donations for the RNC but will make every attempt possible to move past him and forget about him. With 74 million Americans voting for Trump in 2020, it would be a terrible business move to abandon Trump. Whether or not McDaniel likes it or not, Trump and his supporters will prove to not go away silently.
